My mom sent me a link to an article in the Charlotte Observer (my hometown newspaper) this weekend about NY accessories designer, Maggie Gavigan of ROARKE NYC. I was (and still am) totally blown away by her beaded, fringed, and bejeweled bib necklaces. Are they not stunning?
