I'm trying to catch up on some of the TedxChange event in Berlin yesterday. They had an amazing group of speakers discussing 'The Big Picture' and "why should we, as a society, continue to invest in global and health and development". One of my favorite quotes (above) came from Theo Sowa, an international development consultant focusing on women and children's rights.
