I use to clerk at a high end grocery store my freshman year of college. At the beginning of every month we would have to tear off the covers of the previous month's magazines and toss them. I hated to see all those magazines go to waste and would always snag a few to take home and read. This is how I discovered Saveur, the travel/gourmet food magazine, that has since become one of my favorites. Most of the recipes featured in their current issue are posted on their website the next month so since I no longer get them for free, I log onto the site from time to time to see what I am missing out on.
